The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in collaboration with MyGov invites creative minds from across India to participate in a nationwide competition to suggest a Tagline for the Authority to be constituted under The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROG Act) be called as the Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI). The Authority needs to establish a strong identity.

The objective of this competition is to develop a strong, distinctive, and credible identity for the Authority that reflects its mandate of promoting responsible online gaming, protecting citizens from potential harms of online gaming, and regulating the online gaming ecosystem in India. The primary objective of the competition is to solicit Tagline submissions that effectively communicate the Authority and themes of PROG Act.

Evaluation Process:
Submissions will be evaluated by a specially constituted Expert Committee under MeitY.

Evaluation Criteria:
1. Creativity & Originality – elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, visual impact and relevance.
2. Relevance - alignment with the mandate of the Authority under the PROG Act.
3. Simplicity & Adaptability – scalability across formats and media.
4. The decision of the Expert Committee shall be final and binding.

Gratification:
The prizes for the contest shall be awarded as follows:
1. Winner (1): ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
2. Nine (9) Runners-up: ₹5,000/- each (Rupees Five Thousand only)
