The governments announce a lot of schemes. But just see how many government offices and courts have lifts or ramps -- Negligible. The offices and lower courts are now being housed in multistory buildings. But they do not have ramps or lifts. It should be mandatory for all government offices and courts to have ramps and/or lifts. Wheel chairs should be available at offices and courts. If ramps are there many people will sponsor wheel chair each in the office or court in their locality..

Further, softwares which aid them in working with computers easily should be made available freely or at affordable cost. Tax exemption should be made for the products made for specially abled.

For blind People - Shoes which show them direction while walking on roads, this consists of shoes having bluetooth & connected to a smartphone which will use GPS to tell which way a blind person must go or if someone comes ahead in the way. Smart Wheelchairs which would be operated electrically & not hand operated, also they can be solar powered. For people who can't speak - A device is developed recently which converts the breaths of a person into a word.

A special designated skill development cell to be opened for specially-abled people. The idea is that the specially-abled person can utilize his other senses to earn his daily living. For e.g : A blind person can utilize his hearing sense by working as customer care executive to handle phone calls. Similarly, a person disabled by legs can work on a computer. My Gov need to empower them by providing training and platform to work at a single place to make them shift from begging to earning,

the major problem disabled faced is their over dependence on family members for fianancial support....so we need to classify the areas or such small scale industries where they can be employed and be financially stable......there are certain areas of jobs which has scope for deaf, blind or handicapped.such as hadicapped can be placed where no frequent mobility is needed..deaf can be recruited where all the work is done by seeing and observing..blind can be placed where feel and smelling is needed
