A special designated skill development cell to be opened for specially-abled people. The idea is that though the specially-abled person can utilize his other senses to earn his daily living. For e.g : A blind person can utilize his hearing sense by working as customer care executive to handle phone calls. Similarly, a person disabled by legs can work on a computer. My Gov need to empower them by providing training and platform to work at a single place to make them shift from begging to earning,

Mobility is key to personal growth - as India have many layers of complex "BARRIERS" our Jugadu mindset works to navigate these hurdles and come up with crude solutions. Attached Picture shows how a scooter is converted into a contraption to serve the purpose of physicaly challenged individuals. These are not ARAI / RTO approved & not street legal. Police turns a nelsons eye to such vechiles on humanitarian grounds. I goal is to make ARAI approved conversion kits to ensure safety & complaince.

Vocational Rehabilitation Centre (VRC) for the Handicapped under MOLE, DGET having more than 20 Centres. If we analyse the present success of VRCs in India, it will be almost BIG ZERO. It is observed that instead of rehabilitating Physically Handicapped persons Central Government has rehabilitated the Govt Staff working under these Centres. Complete restructuring or revamping is essential after making R&D Analysis. Then only success ratio of these centres will increase up to the appreciable mark

they should be treated equally just as a normal kid... infact they should be given more love and more care... they sholud not be given extra opportunities ... inspite they should be treated as a normal kid to whom we give normal opportunities.. it should be embedded in differently-abled's mind that "they are normal" and they can DO what others do too... and they just need support (both mentally and phsically) to reach that normal opportunity!

Many handicapped beggars use to beg at platforms, or other public places, for which they show sufficient energy level like normal peoples. If a Manual Machine to Generate Electricity is developed according to their physical strengths, they can produce electricity for private or public use and get paid for their work. It will require no training or special skill. Using hand or foot paddles, many of the differently abled people can earn for themselves with dignity.
