An innovative walking cane which alerts the visibly impaired person with a beep when there is any big obstacles before them on the road.So that they walk freely. All school children must be educated to help a visually disabled person to help them to cross the busy roads when they see them. A blinking LED lights can be fixed in their canes to spot them easily during nights. This will help the motorists and other vehicle drivers to slow down their vehicles when they see the blinking LED canes.

Bt one will get eyes. Also we should arrange some public eye care education for public. We should encourage people to donate eye on there death. We can give some reward 4 that.

The differently-abled children should be assessed within the age of 2 to 3 years & treated properly for corrective measures & simultaneously educate them in the special schools till 1st Std. Then assess their ability. If found they are 50% able then admit in the schools with normal children. For remaining children assess every year & admit these suitable children every year in normal schools. This is because if they will study with normal children then forget their disability & progress more
