Dear Honorable PM, I have an idea to share related to Art & Culture sector. Sir, India has great tradition of classical music and dance. Few of the finest musicians were born in India and they have contributed immensely to the field of classical music and dance. India music is not only about playing instruments and vocals or dancing, but it includes a flavor of Spirituality and Guru-Shishya Parampara. There are so many great musicians and different dance forms that we need to conserve them. These artists are immensely respected and listen in West world but we ourselves in India are ignore about it. The idea is to open a national central university in Varanasi (Institute of National Importance) only dedicated to Indian classical music and dance forms. Dr. Kiran Seth (Professor - IIT Delhi), is already doing a great work through "Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music & Culture Amongst Youth". I can share in-depth about the idea if its workable.

The Union Labour Ministry has asked various parties to finalize the provisions of the new Labour Act 2020. Various parties have expressed their views. It should be ensured that the suggestions of the people are respected. The provisions of the law should be in line with the times. Organizations should be created to help implement the rules. There is dissatisfaction across the country on issues including wages. The minimum wage fixed by the Central and State governments has the power to save workers from dying. But wages should ensure a dignified life. The minimum wage should become a living wage. After the new labour laws are fully implemented, wage-related issues should not come to the workers. The government should show concern for the welfare of the organized workers.The words "After considering the objections and suggestions received from the public" must be included in the new labor law rules when they are published in the official gazette.

I would like to humbly submit a suggestion regarding the importance of strengthening national awareness around food security and potential famine risks in the coming years due to climate change, water scarcity, soil degradation, and population growth. While India has made significant progress in agricultural production, unpredictable weather patterns and declining natural resources may pose serious challenges in the future.
