India’s health scenario is facing increasing challenges with many diseases arising due to inflammation and Aama (as per Ayurveda). Various conditions such as digestive disorders, joint, muscle & bone issues, metabolic & endocrine disorders, skin problems, respiratory & allergy issues, cardiovascular conditions, urinary & renal disorders & nervous system–related stress problems are becoming common even among youth. India is a rich & well-planned civilization & our ancestors were highly aware of such health concerns. They ensured that beneficial herbs like coriander were grown & consumed across the country for their supportive health properties. Overtime we limited its use to garnishing, forgetting its broader traditional purpose. I humbly request that awareness be created to explore & properly utilize such herbs in daily life. Coriander leaves & seeds can be consumed in various forms mixed in food, soups, herbal water or tea. Support digestion help reduce inflammation, assist detox.

Sir, A major healthcare reform needed today is to protect patients from the doctor–diagnostic lab–pharmacy nexus. Many citizens are forced into unnecessary tests at chosen labs and compelled to buy medicines only from in-house pharmacies at full MRP, even when cheaper options exist. Ethical, transparent, and patient-centric healthcare will truly reflect “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas.” A silent reform urgently needed in our healthcare system is to curb the doctor–diagnostic lab–pharmacy nexus. Many patients are forced into unnecessary tests at chosen labs and compelled to buy medicines only from in-house pharmacies at full MRP, even when affordable cheaper options exist outside. This causes avoidable financial stress and erodes trust. Ensuring transparency in diagnostic prescriptions, freedom to choose labs, strict generic prescribing, and regulation of in-house pharmacies will strengthen ethical, compassionate, and citizen-centric healthcare.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, A small but humane reform can strengthen compassion in government offices — a Leave Donation system. Many employees exhaust their leave during medical or family emergencies, while colleagues with surplus leave are willing to help but have no mechanism to do so. Countries like the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom already allow voluntary leave sharing in genuine hardship cases. Such a policy will cost nothing to the exchequer yet prevent distress, resignations, and loss of dignity. This reform can truly reflect the spirit of “Nagrik Devo Bhav.”

Namaste, As our country is blessed with peace and harmony, we are often not educated or aware of how to react or act during emergencies such as fire, earthquake, plane crash, accidents, floods, crowd mobbing, health emergencies, war, or other mishaps. I request that awareness programs be conducted to educate people on how to respond in difficult situations, so that instead of just standing and waiting for help, each and every person can contribute effectively. Everyone should know the basic do’s and don’ts in emergency situations to protect themselves and help others.

Namaste, I would like to suggest encouraging Indian martial arts, which help develop strong, alert, courageous, and disciplined youth. India has traditional self-defence techniques such as Kalaripayattu, Gatka, Thang-Ta, Silambam, Mardani Khel, Lathi Khel, Pari-Khanda, Musti Yuddha, Mallayuddha, and Kuttu Varisai etc. Promoting these traditional skills will not only preserve our cultural heritage but also equip both women and men with effective self-protection abilities. If every state establishes training centres or schools to train youth in these traditional self-defence techniques, it would further strengthen and empower the younger generation.
