Resected sir, I suggest that the women and child development department currently employs a worker and assistant at the aganwadi level, serving a population of approximately 1000. Projects are also run under this department, overseeing approximately 100 to 300 aganwadis, and running projects for a population of one to two lakh. However, these offices have only one grade 3 assistant and one outsourced positon. These positions have been vacant for several years. However, the government is not informed about the arrangements at the senior level. Promotions for junior employees are currently suspended. Employees selected by the mpesb and with more than five years of experience should be given priority in other exams. This will certainly improve the systems of every department and lead to the state’s progress.
