In India Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh a group of People & Doctors are involved in egg extraction from 15 year Young underage Girl & trafficking of eggs to IVF centers & Hospitals. This modus operation was exposed by youg girls mother & police got lead about this girls egg extraction & trafficking racket and they caught all 5 culprit from Hospital. Hence it is necessary to keep track of egg extraction rackets which are operating in various states in India. I request Government Health Department to pass strickt law for Doctors & Hospital that there licence will be held cancelled if they get caught in the egg extraction racket. मेरे द्वारा आपके पोर्टल पर शिकायत की गयी परन्तु उनके द्वारा यह कहकर निस्तारित किया जा रहा है कि उक्त विषय मेरे विभाग से सम्बन्धित नही है‚ जब मैने बाल निदान पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत की तो वहां अधिकारी श्रीरजिस्ट्रार महोदय राजेश सिंह जी द्वारा प्रेषित पत्र पत्रांक UP-CPGRAM-91940-2025-26-NCPCR-EDU NOTICE u/s 13 of CPCR ACT,2005 परन्तु जब भी प्रार्थी इनको मेल करता तो इनके द्वारा कहा जाता है कि महोदय आपकी शिकायत हमारे पोर्टल पर निस्तारित की जा चुकी है‚ कृपया सम्बन्धित विभाग में जानकारी प्राप्त करें। महोदय आपसे अनुरोध है कि कोई ऐसा ऑनलाइन कम्पलेन बाक्स बनाया जाये जिसमें शिकायतकर्ता अपनी पहचान छिपाकर शिकायत करे और उस पर होने वाली कार्यवाही की स्थिति को भी देख सके। जिससे लोगों के मध्य न्याय की पारदर्शिता बनी रहे और शिकायतकर्ता को भी कोई तकलीफ न हो।

आपको अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी एक समाजसेवी है‚ अभी प्रार्थी के संज्ञान में आया है कि बस्ती जनपद के ब्लाक परशरामपुर के चौरी गांव में संचालित स्कूल जैसे St. Josheph School व अर्जुन पब्लिक स्कूल में कार्यरत शिक्षक जो कि शिक्षक की आर्हता पूरी नही करते हैं। उसमें से काई 12वीं पास है तो कोई स्नातक फिर भी उन्ही के द्वारा बच्चों को पढ़ाया जा रहा है। जहां एक तरफ यूपी की योगी सरकार ने प्राइवेट स्कूलों को लेकर एक्शन में आ गई है। यूपी में सभी प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ा रहे शिक्षकों की शैक्षिक अर्हता की जांच कराई जाएगी। मानक के विपरीत बिना अर्हता के शिक्षकों से पढ़ाई कराने पर राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) ने सख्त नाराजगी जताई है। शिक्षा विभाग अब सभी जिलों में इन स्कूलों के शिक्षकों की जांच कर रिपोर्ट देगा। वहीं दूसरी तरफ उक्त स्कूलों द्वारा कम पैसा देकर रखे गये अध्यापकों से पाठन कराकर बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त प्रकरण को संज्ञान में लेकर अपने स्तर से अचौक जांच कराकर विधिक व दण्डात्मक कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें‚
