माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के नेतृत्व के बाद से भाजपा पार्टी में एक नई ऊर्जा, सोच व क्षमता का संचार हुआ है । ऐसा लगने लगा है कि देश को जैसे वास्तविक आज़ादी का अहसास 2014 से होना शुरू हुआ है। पुरानी सरकारों ने तो जैसे देश को दिशाहीन, आर्थिक ग़ुलामी, संसाधनों का दुरूपयोग, भ्रष्टाचार , घोटालों व आत्म महिमा मंडन में ही लिप्त कर देश के साथ खिलवाड़ व जनता को गुमराह व भ्रमित करने का कार्य किया था। आज़ादी के बाद से देश की सभी सरकारों ने देश का बहुमूल्य समय को बर्बाद व देश की संस्कृति व सभ्यता व इतिहास को नष्ट करने का प्रयास किया है। सुशासन का भी अभाव रहा है। देश में जितना विकास हो सकता था व होना चाहिए था, उतना ना होने की वजह से देश को आर्थिक नुक़सान व बेरोजगारी व ग़रीबी की समस्याओं से मुक्ति नहीं मिल पाई थी । एक बहुत भयंकर, निंदनीय व दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण गलती भी हमारे देश के नेताओं से आज़ादी के समय हो चुकी है जब इस देश का बँटवारा धर्म के आधार पर हुआ था उसकी भरपाई होना तो नामुमकिन सा ही लगता है। बाद में नेहरू गांधी परिवार कि नकारात्मक सोच, तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति व ग़ुलामी की भावना से आग

1. Encroachment on public lands, places & property had become a very common & prevalent practice in the entire country, which any care, concern & check. This had been the most common, biggest & widest nuisance in this nation. Most people consider this as their a practice of fundamental right, but unfortunately very wrongfully. 2. There had been no enforcement whatsoever in this menace. Most Govt departments, officials & agencies had been involved due to multiple factors including corrupt practices, vested interests & carelessness. 3. This menace of encroachment had become the biggest factor of many evil practices, public inconveniences & contentions issues. Encroachments for religious places also needs to be addressed suitably, regulated & controlled on merits with reasons recorded. 4. There should be Zero tolerance in case of encroachment on public land, places & property with uniform rule & strict code of conduct for enforcement in the entire nation.

Respected sir, No doubt, it is a moment of pride for everyone that this nation is now heading towards overall progress, development & prosperity under the able stewardship, leadership & visualisation of Sh. Narendra Modi jee & his team of leaders, administrators & advisors. This nation was made to starved off good governance, reviving cultural heritage, visionary development since independence in 1947, with blatant absence of interest , integrity & intentions in its leadership since independence. A few states like Uttarakhand & Uttar Pradesh are moving in the right direction to handle encroachments strongly but much more needs to be done in this direction . With nation now on its right track, targeted path of progress & fast pace of development, I wish to make a very humble suggestion in its rightful direction, due to which this nation has immensely suffered in multiple ways; 1. Sir, I am pleased that you/your team reads ideas/suggestions of so many people which is a cumbersome task to include in your Mann ki Baat show. Sir, I just want to say that I am tired to do contractual Govt. job with meagre salary even after so many years of rigorous medical education study and working in medical colleges and public health organizations. To sustain livelihood in a metropolitan city after marriage, requires job security with permanent job and respectable salary. It is very disappointing that number of permanent jobs are not even 90% in medical profession and frequency of rolling advertisement is irregular with 3-4 waiting years. Govt. expects NHM contractual employees (including MD specialist doctors) to work for more hours in less salary compared to regular employees which is pity state of affairs (silent harassment and exploitation) which usually nobody complaints as they have got used to exploitation. There is no focus of Govt. on welfare of doctors.
