प्रत्येक स्मार्ट सिटी में अपने स्थान, जनसांख्यिकी, संस्कृति और अन्य कारकों जैसी विशिष्ट सुविधाएं होगीं, वहीं सभी शहरों कि सामान्य समस्याओं के लिए एक ही स्मार्ट समाधान हो सकता है। इस प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से सामान्य समस्याओं के लिए इसी तरह के स्मार्ट और अभिनव समाधानों की पहचान करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। प्रश्न- 1. निम्नलिखित 21 स्मार्ट समाधानों में से, ऐसे 3 समाधान का चयन करें जिसे सभी भारतीय शहरों के लिए लागू किया जाना चाहिए और इसे स्पष्ट करने के लिए एक संक्षिप्त विवरण (अधिकतम 50 शब्द) भी लिखें। 2. ऐसे किसी 'स्मार्ट' सुझाव का वर्णन करें जिसे आपने किसी अन्य शहरों में देखा है (दुनिया में कहीं भी) और जिसे आप अपने शहर में भी देखना चाहते हैं। 'स्मार्ट विचार' का मतलब कम संसाधनों से अधिक कार्य करना है। 3. ऐसे 3 तरीकों का वर्णन करें जो भारतीय शहरों में अमीरों और गरीबों के बीच की खाई को कम कर सके। 4. अपने स्थानीय नगर निगम के बारे में पता 5 आवश्यक तथ्यों की सूची दें, जिसे सभी नागरिकों के लिए उपलब्ध होना चाहिए। प्रविष्टि की समय सीमा • प्रविष्टियों को mygov.in पोर्टल द्वारा शनिवार, 20 जून, 2015 से 23.59 घंटे (11:59) पर ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है। मूल्यांकन प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित मानदंडों के आधार पर किया जाएगाः • मत क्षमता (50%) • अभिनव (50%) पुरस्कार प्रत्येक श्रेणी में दो विजेताओं को निम्नलिखित राशि के नकद पुरस्कार के साथ-साथ, स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के लॉन्च पर प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 25 जून 2015 को विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में एक प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगाः • प्रथम पुरस्कार - 40,000 रु. • द्वितीय पुरस्कार - 25,000 रु. विजेता सुझाव को कार्यान्वयन के समाधान के रूप में 100 स्मार्ट शहरों के साथ साझा किया जाएगा तथा पायलट परियोजनाओं के लिए भी इस सुझाव पर विचार किया जाएगा। • इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। • प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए प्रतिभागियों (एस) द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों का मुल्याकंन स्वतंत्र रूप से और योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। एक से अधिक श्रेणी में शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग के मामले में, एक भागीदार को केवल एक श्रेणी के लिए ही पुरस्कार राशि प्राप्त होगी। • प्रत्येक उत्तर की लंबाई 250 या उससे कम शब्दों में होनी चाहिए। पुरस्कार राशि के नियम एवं शर्तें और विवरण के लिए यहां क्लिक करें

3. a) Free or low cost high quality education at schools, colleges and skill development centers – unification of public institutions and well controlled privatization b) Integrated, reliable and advanced multi modal transport that are well maintained – meeting the needs of all commuters making it moderately prized and relatively cheap than riding private vehicles c) Common drinkable water at their kitchen taps for the rich and the poor and free Wifi at public places

may be I do believe center government work in partnership with state government or otherwise in order to create brand for shelter services to provide social security. All what government have to do is get some buildings, provide food, provide a bed of course not a private room . Inspect them ,Supervise them , CCTV cameras . Keep their records. some medical help. Pretty much thats it. And they can't do drug&drink and help them to find employment.

2.Dustbins of a unique color, medium sized, open without any lids, designed for easy waste disposal with replaceable bags at frequent distances and strategic locations. Also a well organized system for replacing the waste collecting bags. Separating the wastes at private houses (plastics, paper and organic) before leaving it for collection.

1. Water Quality Monitoring – Water being a basic human need, a smart city must allow drinkable water at the kitchens and good quality water for other needs. Renewable sources of energy – Reduces pollution, we can reuse the bio waste, self sustaining future Integrated multi modal transport – Reduces road traffic, better reliability and flexibility

What I mean is this are necessity now so essential for big cities. Now we have those but in what numbers ? Secondly those institutes has to be government organised. Atleast start with 10 cities I mean shelter homes are a big step ahead . without security - safety - structure nothing is possible. we can't wait for big foreign investment. with or without investment we have to move ahead. At least this much we can do.

sirji first create shelter homes for homeless , orphanges, woman shelter. My point is let's make sure of social security first which we are lagging. then more police and more fire brigades for safety point of view. and then management structure like water management,power management , waste management. I will suggest let's start working on this parameter first . then big huge building everything will take place at 2-3 years gap. Issues I mentioned are so important of course you know that
