car pooling system should be introduced in chandigarh city. no car should be allowed to drive by a single person, a minimum of 2 persons should be present in the vehicle in order to drive the car in the city, this condition should also be imposed on the vehicles coming from nearby places like mani-majra, panchkula and mohali. this result in the gradual decrease in the number of vehicles in the city as any were forced to use public transportation.
