The best strategy would be to start with the Civil Lines area as a retrofit area and then move onto other areas,keeping Civil Lines as a model. Civil Lines is economically the most important part of the city and the most developed as well. If given proper attention and funds,it could develop into a model area in a very short matter of time. AMC is doing a good job,cleanliness and traffic situation has improved but I think they need more funds to implement the other plans they have for the area.

1) Naini me band padi industry ko phir se start karne ki kosis ki jaye...agr possible nahi to vaha pr padi machines ko sold kr land ka reuse kia jaye. 2) sabhi light wire ko remove karke underground kia jaye
