Over 80% of the rural India is engaged and dependent on agri activities. As a cornerstone for e-services and even the Digital India initiative, providing real time agri information should become the mainstay. It's extremely important, like our PM mentioned, that not only the farming productivity should be optimum, but also the farmer is able to make money & lead a sustainable life. In keeping with this, govt should involve Public Private participation to make this successful and impactful drive

Dear PM Sir, India needs Intelligence & Digital Smart Villages of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as build Grampanchayat Database Information System & Common Service Centers(CSC) through all Government agencies. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contains one unit of CSC & Service to Citizens

Dear Sir, If u wish to see work in this field then please contact rashtrapti bhawan as soon as possible and insist on accepting my proposal of HINDI WEB DEVELOPMENT for their Innovative Scholars In-Residence programme because results can be declared anytime. On that platform we can work together on this special project which can be accomplished without any investment.

HINDI WEB DEVELOPMENT. Why? 1-Because it will help in making masses literate, informed & connected. 2- It is not included in digital India programme (although this should be at its heart). 3- most necessary for the success of digital India mission. 4- It will expand & consolidate digital economy of the country and millions of direct & indirect jobs will be created. 5- Can be done free of cost then why not to pursue.

I posted my last comments in Digital India section bcoz the procedure being so simple can be made available online rather than we having to take a leave and go to stand in front of these insensitive office bearers ! I suggest filling up an online form and attaching a copy of discharge card or crematorium receipt and payment of fees . Certificate can be couriered to the parents. But I look forward to you taking immediate and strict action against such officers.

Namaste Pradhan Mantriji. My baby was born on Nov 2014 and whenever I go to Uthalsar TMC office in Thane, lady officer Manali is not there or says come in morning or evening. Today she didn't come and there was a long queue but no one to accept forms. The Asstt Commissioner Gholap and Rajput disconnect the phone abruptly. Birth and Death is a single form. How insensitive !!! I hope that u won't say that it is not BJP govt there or give any other reason but take strict action against such office

Sir, I went on govt site http://www.egazette.nic.in/ Sorry to say, the Gazette are not available. The links have not been connected. False façade. Some people require some shove. Thanks
