When it comes to e-services, the only way people can be encouraged to utilize digital is by providing some perks. Say for example to promote use of Debit cards instead of cash, a 1% cash back to the consumer and the business when a transaction happens via a debit or credit cards would help a lot. This doesn't require any pressuring campaigns cash back is enough campaign in itself. If we think about it, if cash transactions are reduced, this will also reduce low level corruption in India.

we need a swadeshi portal where we can know about swadeshi products. Just browse a category and it will tell all the best swadeshi products available. Moreover by typing any product name you can know whether the product is indian or of foreign origin. This is the best way to counter effects of globalisation and should reach to every inidan

Mr. Prime Minister, Can you assure us that our data if and when supplied to UIDAI will be secure in the sense that no private company ( that too having foreign links/subsidiaries/holding etc) will be involved ? Can you give us a UID involving post offices and central government only by collecting and storing data without sharing with private companies expressly or impliedly. Otherwise your enforcing Aadhar will be doing a disservice to the nation and we feel let down. Pls bring a white paper.

Unbundling of Local Loop with open the floodgates of competition on BSNL lines, which are like WHITE ELEPHANTS. Let BSNL charge Rs50/- per subscriber per month. Then any ISP can use BSNL infrastructure to provide internet. Services anyways are hosted on a centralised server. Let all the e-services be mirrored at a group of ten districts, so that a one or two central server should not get jammed.

The NPR (Aadhar) database should contain a record for every citizen of India. This record should be unique. And wherever the citizen has other credentials, the basic details (like Gender, Age, Address, Photo(self image), etc. should be fetched form the main database. Ex. The Address in the Ration card of the Driving licence, should flow from the Aadhar database.
