Where Urban areas are set to get 4G Connectivity which will take data services on boom but other side rural areas are not even ready with Basic infrastructure , The 1st thing is the government should educate rural Population with USPs of internet banking and other online services . With the help of Telcos a basic infrastructure should be setup in every village so that they can use internet .

The strategy has been evolving with time,and taking into its new approaches such as build Grampanchayat Database Information System & Common Service Centers(CSC) through all Government agencies.Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contains one unit of CSC & Service to Citizens.
