Dear PM Sir, India needs Intelligence & Digital Smart Villages of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures,technologies development,builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time,and taking into its new approaches such as build Grampanchayat Database Information System & Common Service Centers(CSC) through all Government agencies.Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contains one unit of CSC & Service to Citizens.

In order to make INDIA a DIGITAL INDIA,there must be use of technology in each and every field. So I would like to suggest that wherever cycle rickshaws in haridwar, rishikesh and other parts of India are being used for pollution free environment should be replaced with E-RICKSHAWS(I.E. BATTERY OPERATED RICKSHAWS). This will reduces manpower which in turn reduces the time taken for one ride which in turn increases the No. of rides per day which in turn increases the income of Richshaw Driver.

there must be facility of Wi-Fi in each and every village.

The first step towards this would be to offer best connectivity by providing free wifi at specific places and teach the rural citizens to make use of. This would be like common radio in 60s and 70s in parks. Similarly a small e-hub with 5-10 systems with high speed LAN may be started and can be handled by volunteers or senior students after their school hours

IF WE WOULD LIKE TO CONNECT EACH AND EVERY RURAL PARTS OF INDIA THEN FIRST YOU HAVE TO CHEAP THE RATES OF MOBILE NET FROM DIFFERENT MOBILE COMPANY AS WELL AS PROVIDE THE INTERNET FACILITY THROUGH BSNL AT A VERY CHEAP RATE WITH ATTRACTIVE PLANS AND TRY TO APPOINT THE OFFICER OR ANY LOCAL PERSON TO TEACH HOW TO USE INTERNET TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE USING MOBILE.TRY TO SELL LAPTOP AT A CHEAPEST RATE TO THE PERSON WHOSE INCOME BELOW 10,000.

Why not we take these digital services to not only the urban states but also to rural India. It will be convenient for everyone and will he helpful too. Electricity should be supplied to rural areas of India in order to make it Digital

Without proper Bandwidth and unlimited data plan in mobile connection in reasonable price. there is no future of Digital India.first do this in priorty basis otherwise this also same like promise of political party candidate before election campaign.
