this is the most critical challenge which can be implmented in smooth process. In most cases we have to educate people with digital world. This can be acheived with gamification and local launguages. I believe local languages and simple simple symbols even child also can understand. We can ignite youngsters in india to education and transper there knowledge to people in rural.

Where we are talking of Digital India and e services to rural india, there still remains the issue of connectivity in urban towns as well. BSNL the government owned company cannot even provide good connectivity is city like kanpur. On complaining no one responds and the problem continues for months. So if this attitude continues then e services to rural india i think is near to impossible.

Authentication and Authorization API specification standards and documentation should be designed for "Indian Govt Aadhar Single Sign In" (for Govt e-Services) & for "Federated Aadhar Single Sign In" (for non-Govt/Foreign Govt/NGOs/other companies social media) strategic integration.A more matured approach of e-Governance is required with minimum number of data islands,duplicate data sets.Developing stunning Web portals is not the best way out.Better provide UDDI Registry Server with API specs

Few days back I was trying out to browse the website of "Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji", and what I saw that his website is down since 25th of december (i.e., his birthday), It feels pain to see that Atal ji's own party is forgetting him, I hope any expert might notice this and ask the professionals to fix this problem. Devices like ATM can be built with interface in local language for e-governance. They can be accessed through Adhar Card. Citizens can request papers from that machine like they obtain cheque, balance receipt in ATMs
