But there is one that I can not understand, how can an ias who have done btec or ba can control whole agri system on district level. If we see on the other services like ifos which is quite similar in work as in agri.... So Sir I want to say why not Indian agricultural services

Sir Ji our iit and institute have became a machine of producing professionals, a betec in mechanical do the job of software eng. What's the use of that 4year program. So I will suggest that We should fix some sheets for research workers by giving reservation

श्रीमान देश मै स्किल डेवलपमेंट के लिए देश के पॉलिटेक्निक व आईटीआई कॉलेज में जो पुराने ढर्रे पर कोर्स चल रहे है उनको बंद करके उन प्रोडक्ट की मेकिंग सिखानी चाइये जिनकी मार्किट में डिमांड हो जैसे की मोबाइल सिम ,एटीएम कार्ड,bar code ,mobile accessories ,laptop parts आदि बहुत सारे प्रोडक्ट्स है जिनकी देश में ही नहीं विदेशी बाज़ारो में बहुत मांग है! श्रीमान इसके लिए सरकार द्वारा research institutions खोले जाइ या फिर iit जैसे बड़े institutions से इन प्रोडक्ट्स के लिए theortical व practical programme

nano tec needs a lot works to do on indigenous ground.So first we must be self reliance in this line.Then skill development program is necessary after finding out the areas where applications are possible.Space ,defence,security,transportation/communication ,sea exploration are some of the important ares where application is possible.We can also find out rooms in medical,genetics etc.Lets start the work with specific vision.Then we must succeed in future.

फिर कूड़ेदान में डाल दें ,अगर कूड़ादान नहीं है तो अपने घर के कूड़ेदान में डाल दें । भगवान का वास स्वछता में है और सफाई केवल उसकी मूर्ति की ही नहीं बल्कि उसके पुरे परांगण की होनी चाइये सफाईकर्मचारियोँ की समस्यायें :- १. मंदिर प्रसासन दवारा निजी कार्योँ में उनसे काम लेना ,बिना किसी अतिरिक्त्त वेतन के । घर की सफाई ,बच्चो को स्कूल छोड़ना जैसे कार्ये । २. ठेकेदारी प्रथा के चलते सरकार दवारा तय वेतन से कम वेतन देना । ३. स्टाफ की कमी व सफाई के अन्य साधनो की कमी। ४. मुलभुत सवास्थ्य सेवाओं का न होना

जो शान्ति व संतोष था ,उसको अनुभव करके ,माता के दर्शन न करने का का खेद भी नहीं हुआ और मैं बिना माता के दर्शन किये वापिस आ गया ,परन्तु उसी विश्वास व उमंग के साथ ,बल्कि उससे कँही ज्यादा,जो में साधारणत्या माता के दर्शन करके पाता हूँ । मेरी आप से भी विनती है की आप अपने " मन की बात " कार्यक्रम के जरिये यह सन्देश लोगों तक पहुँचायें की हम सभी जब भी मंदिर जायें ,वँहा पर पूजा ,प्रसाद आदि व अन्य सामान जैसे की लिफाफे ,चुनरी ,डोंगे,टूटी हुई मूर्तियां इधर -उधर ना फेंके ,या तो तो किसी जरूरतमंद को दे दें

कर्तव्यों का पालन नहीं करते तो भगवान की पूजा का क्या लाभ ,जब अपनी भावनाओं को रोक नहीं पाया तो पँक्ति से बहार आ गया ,और उन कर्मचारिओं के साथ उनकी साहयता करने लगा ,एक बार तो वो बेचारे भी मेरी साहयता लेने में हिचकिचाने लगे परन्तु बाद में हम सब मिलकर काम करने लगे,बीच-बीच में उनकी समस्याओं व परेशानियोँ को भी जानने का मौका मिला (उन में से कुछ नीचे वर्णित हैं ,और आशा करता हूँ सरकार सार्थक कदम उठाएगी ),२ घंटे का समय कैसे बिता पता ही नहीं चला। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है की इसके पश्चात मन मे
