Recently, the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed the webinar on effective implementation of the Union Budget provisions in the defence sector. During his address, the Prime Minister said that the webinar was of great significance as it focused on the important issue of making the country’s defence sector self-reliant.

The Prime Minister said that the defence corridors that are being built in the country today would also help local entrepreneurs and local manufacturing. That is, today, self-sufficiency in our defence sector has to be seen as the empowerment of these two fronts – “Jawan as well as Youth”.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Defence Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:
• Budgeted expenditure for capital outlay in defence increased by approx. 19%, highest in 15 years
• Disinvestment aimed in the sector to increase opportunities for private players
• Reduction in customs duty rates to nil for import of parts by public sector units (under Ministry of Defence) for manufacturing of aircrafts and parts

India is spending a good amount of budget and helps in increasing purchase power of forces but what if indian private sector also given chance to make equipments and thus countries money will be in countries pocket again. And that can be done by sending groups of interns from india to learn tech development outside and come back and start the processing line here.

मेरे विचार से सरकार को बैंकों का निजीकरण ना करके उनका विलय करना चाहिए बैंकों के विलय के बाद घाटे में चलने वाली शाखाओं को बंद करके तथा विभिन्न बैंकों के एक जगह पर विलय उपरांत शाखाओं में मुनाफे वाली शाखाओं को रखना चाहिए जिससे आम नागरिक की बैंकिंग सेवा को प्राप्त करने में आसानी हो तथा विभिन्न योजनाओं का समावेश आसानी से हो सके बैंकों का निजी करण उपाय नहीं है बल्कि लोकतंत्र के लिए कष्ट कारक हो सकता है देश में डिजिटल सेवाएं भी कमजोर होगी और बैंकिंग उत्पाद में मुनाफाखोरी से सेवाएं महंगी होंगी

is the defence forces for losing a winning battle & army happy with $$ OROP ! happening regularly in all wars internal & external ! the pak 90 K warrors given up with Jammu & Kashmir too ! the army complcit in genocide of kashmiri pandits & hindus across North east especially Gujju/marwaris ! y no reparation to Hindus yet , it is legal to recapture the invaded properties be it kashi, mathura tajmahal & 100 K others Germany paid $23 billions as reparations to allies after WW2 ! Y hindus denied

Need to monitor each citizen of India through national ID because need to identify the enemy from inside the country. Defense group can be utilize for the survey inside India and can utilize for the implementation of some projects too. We need to understand and find solutions for removing poverty from India.

जान है तो जहां है, हमारे देश की आन बान और शान देश का पहरेदार हमारे ये सैनिक है, इन पर शासन को विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए,सभी विभागों से इनके विभाग को फूल फेसिलिटी मिलनी चाहिए,ईनको सभी विभागों से ज्यादा वेतन भत्ते और अन्य सारी सुविधाएं मिलनी चाहिए इनको पेंशन सुविधा इनके परिवारों को पेंशन मिलनी चाहिए।

Imp 4 good defence is to live within the means & frugally ! y do the army officers have their own ardalis just like babus with retinues of personal staff even the queen of british empire at prime would be jealous ! forget stopping , it is grown in exponential proportion ! what is the value addition /governance ? 0/100 toppers tughlaq collegium bharat ratna 4 looting torturing raping honest Hindus $$ & selling the country state wise J&K/AP/Kerala/Bengal/UP/Delhi /Mah/CG captured by mecca/vatican

Respected sir, No yardstick to measure the services of defence force of our country ,to motivate younger generation towards joining defence * there may be hike in their salary and other incentives * security to be assured to the family by giving any govt. job to any of the dependents *Financial security after VRS of jawans by giving any govt. job along with pension * Purchase of new technology war weapons like like Rafel to show our strength to the world

Our Defence is an important aspect of national security, both on internal as well as on the external frontiers. An increase in the expenditure for the latest weapons and armories for them facilitates their efficiency and increases their strength to accomplish more. Not only of weapons but increase in their salaries and other provisions would help them to live a far better life.
