For all who are claiming medical reimbursement from government funds use of generic drugs should be mandatory ;it will help in reducing expenditures thus savings made by this can be used for expanding social security net also increased revenues for generic drugs manufacturers who in turn can be asked to invest certain percentage in R&D also this will save foreign exchange going out of the country in the form of profits, royalties & intellectual property rights etc

Want to know the changes made in service tax policy since Oct 2014 specially for those commission agents who work in india employed by foriegn company and assisst exports From india. If service tax is also applied on them then it is a demotivation for exports

My views. Yes Make In India is a good initiative, but let us analyse what are the chemicals which are being imported. Why can't we ourselves (Indians) develop a manufacturing plant on our own instead if depending on foreign technology if we can make Mars Mission successful on our own.
Secondly we have never made environmental impact assessment of any installation compulsory which results in borrowing a technology might be cheaper but very unfriendly to the environment. We are global leaders.

With pahal starting and PM requesting to give up subsidiary for LGP.the Govt could offer tax rebate for those who give up their subsidiary.eg if some one pay full amount then on the extra he pays, he doesn't have to pay taxes. If some rich falls in catagory of 30% tax bracket, then he won't be paying taxes. This will benfit not just this scheme but also revenue of Govt. If someone pay 500 rs extra for a gas cylinder then govt get that full 500 rs instead of just 30%, plus saving on subsidiary.

*TRANSPARENCY@MyGov.* In my posts { the last post being of 26th March}, I have been under-lining desirability of maintaining TRANSPARENCY of functioning @MyGov. But still the contributors of MyGov have yet not been made aware of Guidelines laid down to adjudge 'Top Contributor' indicated in box on home-page of MyGov. There is nothing personal about it. SURPRISINGLY, IN HOME-PAGE OF MyGov openning at my log-in, there appears 'view' in box indicating 'Top Contributor' which does not open!!

'Make in India' can happen only when the small producers can actually benefit.
With the international prices happen fallen nearly to half, the profit lies with the extraction companies who are not ready to pass on the benefit to others.
Raw material for Plast is PP which is supplied by reliance industries and thus have a monopoly.
When the oil rate was 150 dollar PP was at ₹120-130 and now when it is 50-60 dollar the latter is at ₹103-106/kg.
Smll producers r literally helpless&have to stop.
