Credit policy of banks are very poor in Bihar. The ask security for even working capital so how does a small manufacturer like me increase sales despite of the fact that there is a huge market for chemical based fmcg products.

During the past couple of decades, we have lost our anchor in basic chemicals and are relying on China. With the activism that we see in China the day may not be far when we will be short on basic chemicals. We need to plan and put together a programme to manufacture basic chemicals in India with due consideration to the environmental hazards. It will be good to have a tiered planning group constituted to address the way forward.

Chemical product can be formed from Silica to act similar to 'cease-fire' so that if fire happens, can be stopped using this chemical.

Chemical and Petrochemical industries have great importance in modern world due to their light weight and inert properties. The industry should ensure high standards of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) implementation during the life of the plant. There should be mechanism of waste collection and recycling based on the Resin Identification Number (RIN) of the product.

It is shameful to share that in national level public research institutions, many scientists are being paid lakhs of rupees as their monthly salary just to attend their office and not interested in science for which they are being paid where as research project fellows are paid less though they work hard 24x7. I request the govt. to invest such amount in the improvement of the common man's health, education, etc. and impeach such persons replace with hard working intellectuals

Myself Promod Sahu, a research scholar in drug discovery, request the govt. to take steps in improvising the academics of the pharmacy students with stringent actions against the students and institutions who neglect the rules and regulations and don't provide quality education (theoritical and practical) as a result the future pharmacists or pharmacy researchers generated are of lowest of the lowest standard despite the expenditure on academicians for providing quality education is much higher
