Based on an extensive citizen engagement, discussions with experts, considering opinions of planners, engineers, architects; the Panaji Smart City Draft Proposal is now available for citizens' review. The Panaji Smart City Proposal team organized several activities such as focus group discussions, debates, essay competition rallies and others. Citizen contributions were sought via multiple platforms such as Facebook, twitter, MyGov polls and discussions, mobile app, website, offline feedback forms at Zonal kiosks, mobile van, etc.
