First we have to change our mindset that our children will be successful only if they become Engineer, doctor or get a placement in reputed MNC. As like Job Oriented Courses, Govt & Educational Institutions must provide platform for entrepreneurship oriented courses thus people can also be realize that their children can become more successful person being a entrepreneur.

Namaste PM ji, I think all schools must bring in compulsory school counsellors. School counsellors must be qualified and must have proper licence issued by Govt. Counselling in Schools with Holistic approach is the need of the hour . Jai Hind !

There are highly talented people like me who have travelled other countries and seen different possibilities. The govt. should include us in activities related to entrepreneurship and skill development. I think there is enough talent and young people available but most programmes are done without assessing the ground realities. I have attended many entrepreneurship forums run by govt abroad. In the gulf countries, specially Bahrain, the government runs many programmes for the youth.

The youth should be encouraged to turn to entrepreneurship to move to the path of attaining progress for self-progression, and in the process, making the society and the country more and more progressive. But that can happen only when the youth are awakened to the necessity attain the knowhow as how best to enter the 'class' of entrepreneurship. THE IMPARTING OF EDUCATION FOR ENREPRENEURSHIP IS A SECTOR WHICH SHOULD BE HANDLED BY ANY AND EVERY SECTOR INCLUDING NGOs WHICH SOMETHING CONCRETE.

My suggestion to Government of India is to set up training Centre separately for Plumbing, Carpentary, Painting, Electrical Wiring, Networking of cables. We find people are not skilled enough to provide facilities which has lot of opportunities and is required daily by every citizen.

IN MY VIEW EDUCATION & SKILL ARE TWO DIFFERENT THING IN INDIA 80% EDUCATED PERSONS ARE NOT HIGHLY SKILLED AND 70% THOSE ARE SKILLED THEY ARE NOT EDUCATED. IF WE ARE TAKE ACTION ABOUT PROFESSIONAL & SKILL EDUCATION AFTER THAT OUR INDIA CAN BE GROW.

A student should be nourished in which ever field he is suitable during his school days only . A National level IQ and apptitude test must b conducted during say 7th class d score of which will decide in which field he/she is good at and should be strictly made to chose that field and there onwards he/she should perceive education for that particular field. This will prevent clustering of students at a particular field . N there will be uniform distribution of students in all fields.
