For specialization he can then join full fledged colleges for the same instead of doing a plain B.Sc or B.com or B.A. The youth is really wasting his time doing Graduation just to have a degree.

we should concentrate on the government schools where teachers are talented but Indian parents believe in private schools. government should take needfull action for improving the existing schools by proving the required infrastructure, teachers and other facilities like computer, sports equipments, playing ground etc. why the Indian parent believe in private school and they are admitting the there children in privet schools by giving donation, monthly fees, building fund etc. why why?

All leaders of bihar are talking about all the innovative idea but why it not working in their own state.I want to draw MR prime minister attention towards that why not maximum amount allocated to bihar under PMEGP scheme.
