The distribution must be done through TPDS based on the ration card details of a particular family and the availability of lpg connection to them...A proof that they don't have an lpg connection must be given at the ration depo given by the local gas dealer. This will really reach the needy hands as TPDS was successful already. To decrease number of coal users in future these enrollers shall be given lpg connection through Ujwala scheme.. For industries coal shall be made to be bought online.

I do NOT think that this is a good idea because foreign countries are trying to decrease the dependence on coal, and we here MUSTNOT try to continue the usage. We must therefore increase the potential of the renewable resources. For a developing country like India, the dependence on non-renewable resource must decrease rather increase.#CoalDistribution #MinistryofCoal #CoalProduction #MyGov

A comprehensive study for all the industries, their locations, their coal requirement, the coal quality requirement must be gathered to build a nationwide database to analyse the coal demand from quantity and quality perspective. The coal industry production, location, coal quality availability and would provide the supply situation. Analysis of the supply situation with the demand requirement will provide a complete insight will help plan the requirement.

In my view grinding coal at mines is better option, benification transporting enriched coal with low ash to power plants as Indian coal contains high ash. The cost of pulverizing coal to be absorbed by coal company. The transportation by rail could be in tankers nitrogen filled to avoid combustion or slurry form to be dewatered at power plant. The idea is to save on fuel for carrying unnecessary ash to power plants. If This concept is viable could save foreign exchange against imports of coal.

In respect to coal distribution policy, the objects of govt. is very good to increase the production of coal. I want to suggest that, The requirement of coal in various public oriented and development project should be analysed for priority purpose, e.i. electricity production, steel industries etc., furhter, the coal should be alloted on priority base to the special sector by whom the development, generation of employment can be achieved more, by which GDP will increased will benifit the nation

Dear Sir, I am , P A Cariappa, to , increase coal production to 100 crore tonnes, is very good initiative, but efficiently utilization of it involves 2 ways , 1) using waste we can produce huge amount of electricity to rural areas, and proper planning is to make were which state need's huge electricity, and which state consumes less , by this thinking , I say we can reach 100 crore tones' by 2020. Regards. P A Cariappa.
