For a better understanding, a presentation of the Smart City Proposal explaining the vision, pan-city proposal and area based development has been shared at the link given below. The vision of my idea is to create a robust ,independent ,self healing wireless network through which we allow users to communicate through video and audio calls and transfer data seamlessly and for free of cost without depending on the internet or any cellular network,and also helps in creating vehicular and sensor networks.The tech we use is WIRELESS MESH NETWORKING combined with SMARTPHONE ADHOC NETWORKING..

i think your first step should be placing the dustbins all over srinagar city because hardly we can see any dustbin in srinagar and due to which all the garbage is thrown on the streets due to which many diseases give rise.

There should be long wide multiple green corridors in between the city where every individual can plant and grow trees of his/her own and water them. Rare forest trees and fruiting trees should be preferred to plant there. Invite peoples to grow the forest at their own.

Respected sir, I have been to Srinagar and few other places in Kashmir this year and the state boasts production of rich fruit and dry fruits such as apple and walnuts. Saffron being another great product they should try setting up a factory producing cookies with these three ingredients. This can bring lot of employment opportunity with franchises being setup across the Kashmir state and can be exported to other States as well. Also their KAHWA tea needs very good marketing across India.

1. establish small scale industries in srinagar and give employment to youth. 2. develop srinagar as a best tourist place in india take example of switzerland and other countries 3. make different sports complexes in the city for different different sports so that youth can keep themselves busy in them. 4. wifi hotspots at bus stands. 5. climate control system in homes. 6. traffic monitoring systems. CCTV cameras for monitoring.

My idea for Smart City Srinagar is Smart Economics and Smart Policies for the city.Under our Hon Prime Minister Narendra Bhai Modiji, India has accelerated historical relationship into new age diplomacy.This is a time to create smart citizens with the help of smart policies.I believe this can be a revolutionary idea if we convert this entire state of Jammu and Kashmir, its cities into Free Trade Zones( FTZ) with the joint venture of UAE,Qatar and Saudi Govt, with zero Corporate Taxation.

1) Automatic water leveling monitoring system for rivers 2) Traffic Lighting system based on density of traffic 3) Automatic speed limit cross detection of vehicles on roads. 4) Automatic alerts about upcoming weather inclination via SMS. 5) Solar power storage for backup purposes in emergency departments like hospitals. 6) Digitizing land records and giving online access to land owners for checking their respective land records 6) Instant information regarding traffic on roads.

In respect to Income tax & GST act, I want to suggest that, all the proceedure in both the act should be transperant and online, furhter, some penalties provision or verification of fact for limited purpose given to respective officer should be subject to confirmation and review in all cases before making order, it will be more transperant, CCTV camara should be installed in all the revenue authorities chambers and offices, it will control the corruption or illegal action, best wishes
