The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. 1. Creating an apex authority under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister is a must needed one. 2. Entrepreneurs are a special category set of people. In that, there is no need for categorization as scheduled one or woman entrepreneur. India is a democratic country. So it is better to avoid these variations at least in these sector as this involves only skills and innovations, Every human as to be treated as same. 3. Cluster parks has to be identified on the basis of defined criteria. 4. A dedicated TV channel as Udyam Bharat should explain the MSME sector, it's rules and regulations, regulatory compliances for the common people to understand and to facilitate them to start their own MSME.

suggestions:- 1. Local level MSME facilitation center could directly communicate with National level MSME facilitation center. 2. If Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code gives priority to MSMEs while handling the disputes then the other types of companies proceedings will end up resolving later. So, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, try to have further departments for different types of companies and sectors which will speed up the process of proceedings of all sectors and industries and it also adds employment to unemployed qualified citizens. 3. In 59minutes portal enhancing the loan limit to INR 5 crore is not a wise option as it may involve huge default risk. So provide loans up to INR 3 crore is enough and go through their papers thoroughly before sanctioning the loans. Because while going towards speedy process, ingenuine people should not be benefited.
