The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Road laying in rural areas can be handed over to NEW MSMES, registered recently towards infrastructure, instead of tender to relatives of politicians PLEASE VISIT THE BRIDGE ACROSS TIVER CAUVERY ,IN TRICHY...REALLY WORRIED ,praying all days to pass without any fall .

इंडस्ट्रियल लोन काफी लंबे समय के लिए जाना चाहिए एवं इसकी लिमिट 75 ईयर तक के होनी चाहिए और यह लोन मृत्यु पश्चात पुत्र अथवा भाई जो भी नया प्रोपराइटर हो उसके नाम से ट्रांसफर होना चाहिए ताकि इसकी किस्त कम पड़े एवं लंबे समय का होने के कारण इसे पटाने मैं काफी सुविधा होगी

सरकार को आप डोमेस्टिक एवं कमर्शियल बैंक अलग-अलग बनानी चाहिए जिससे व्यापारियों को ज्यादा भीड़ का सामना न करना पड़े और कमर्शियल बैंकों में यदि लोन की प्रक्रिया होगी तो वह आसान और कम समय में होगी

सरकार वर्तमान में मेडिकल सेक्टर में बहुत ज्यादा कार्य कर रही है हमारे यहां 92% बच्चों का मेडिकल में एडमिशन नहीं होता जबकि उनमें योग्यता है ऐसे बच्चों के एडमिशन के लिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा स्थानों का निर्माण किया जाना चाहिए हमारे यहां लगभग 5000 बच्चे विदेशों से पढ़ कर आए हुए हैं परंतु उनके पास वह स्थानीय परीक्षा को पास नहीं कर पा रहे हैं उन्हें मिनिमम स्ट्राइप फंड पर मेडिकल कॉलेज में 5 से 6 साल की ट्रेनिंग देकर और एक सामान्य सी परीक्षा लेकर उन्हें डिग्री प्राप्त कर देनी चाहिए

सरकार को चाहिए कि जो चीजें लंबी मात्रा में इंपोर्ट की जा रही है उनकी सूची जारी करें जिससे नए लोगों इन वस्तुओं के निर्माण में आगे आ सके

MSME sector को technology के माध्यम से बढ़ाया जा सकता है। इसके लिए rural areas के युवा वर्ग को trained करने की जरूरत जिससे युवा वर्ग technically strong होगा और MSME secter में अपना योगदान दे सकेगा।

MSMEs contribute more than 29% to the GDP and are responsible for 50% of the country's total exports. They are also accountable for one-third of India's manufacturing output -MSMEs employ more than 11 crore people, and the aim is to grow this number to 15 crore in the coming years.

सर एमएसएमई के लिए जो प्रयास किया जा रहा है और कोविड कार्यकाल में जो प्रोत्साहन किया गया है काबिले तारीफ और दूरदर्शी है परन्तु इसे और भी उन्नत कुछ टेक्नॉलाजी में और कुछ बदलाव जीएसटी मैं लाकर किया जा सकता है । विभिन्न तरह के टैक्स की जगह जीएसटी लाकर कुछ हद तक ईज ऑफ डोइंग बिजनेस का प्रयास किया गया है उसी तरह जीएसटी रिटर्न को सिर्फ अमाउंट लिखकर टर्नओवर मंथली का भी किया जा सकता है जिससे सच्चे मायनों में ईज ऑफ डॉइंग बिजनेस होगी या फिर दो करोड़ तक के टर्नओवर पर किसी तरह के फाइलिंग की जरूरत न हो। सारी अनुमति/ लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने हेतु एक सेंट्रलाइज्ड वेबसाइट / ऐप के द्वारा सुनिश्चित हो जो भ्रष्टाचार का कारण ना बने , लागू करने में परेशानी भी ना हो और डीबीटी के द्वारा देने पर सही लोगों तक पहुंचे। With Regards Dhananjay Kumar

Small entrepreneurs may be encouraged to use facilities of very well established Engineering Colleges such as HBTI ( now HBTU Kanpur ) which has wonderful workshop and semi commercial facilities for Production. Fresh Engineers and entrepreneurs should be encouraged to use such facilities to establish their initial business and then go far bigger scale. Even CSIR at Pune has such facility. Govt need to promote it and help budding entrepreneurs .

Contd--MSME development & requirements are critical. To produce quality goods both for domestic & export markets govt should be instrumental in domestic or imported rawmaterials from different parts of the world. At reasonable prices skilled & disciplined manpower, timely delivery schedules. The golden days will come only when we can serve the world with quality, delivery schedules, reasonable prices. Govt job is to streamline the process understanding from entrupruners at grass root level from different parts of the country for every field . Select a state for promoting one type of goods for both domestic & exports taking into consideration logistics,skill available, rawmaterials to have excellent growth. A cluster of MSME with similar products can solve problems within that area. Decision making process for govt becomes easier. If govt can create world market with the help of entrupruners & embassies every unit will have sufficient work load. With healthy competition & growth.
