The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

MSME is the backbone of Indian industry. As some are ancillary to both large pvt & public sector undertakings. MSME faces all uncertainties with minimum returns in general. MSME with their own marketing set up do better. MSME with minimum manpower limited resources have to take care of quality, work force, minimum R&D related to products & output , timely expansion, technological advances to the process. With all these pressures entrupruners forgets about his well being pledging all his assets, no old age fund for taking care of his health & family. No doubt in general quest,Insecurity, min resources is the path for excellent performance of an entrepreneur. Every Indian in USA or other countries has to perform to remain in service. Also has to upgrade knowledge to be relavent to changing technologies with time & gets rewarded suitably. MSME development & requirements are critical. To produce quality goods both for domestic & export markets govt should be instrumental in --Contd---

The security of financial investment in MSME sectors needs to be ensured. In order to make more and more small and big commercial companies more interested in this matter, different central facilities have to be distributed. Buyers and sellers have to make interests and connections.

Creat localized platform for venture capital investment, to select (professional) enterprises or entrepreneur making them answerable, responsible for efficient business. Business may never flourish by hand holding by institute without live interaction and is possible only if individuals e.g. financer and business owner are connected. It may utilize experienced retirees to gain and assist SSI or MSME.with respective resources. MSME or SSI after certain success feels insecure and rarely attempt to plan business his/her own tenure.thus causing same multiple sluggish or closed industries. e.g. Old industry dies and same business is started by someone else costing wated investments.

their is a prediction that the world go with less food & water. food security & river linking arevgood projects but the risk can be diverted by doing allivating poojas, shanthi, request god for apeasement. thats how sages hindu temples used to do. chennakeshava temple in karnataka hoysala dynasty has kali ideol worship powerful enough to any bad things happening from enemy countries. more hindu temples, chanting rigveda mantras, yagna, homa, havana gives boon to prosperity & stops bad omen. Good morning. In2019 you initiated pension plans for ex employees of Sail, but forgot to include pioneers who were involved in building steel plant from scratch. After much persuasion your ministry held a meeting in January 2021,but even after one year no results. This proves your slogans of Sabkasath sabka vikas, sabka vishwas, sabka prayas and minimum government maximum governance are all hallow and myth. In 2019 I contacted and till now no response Why?

Then only the fees can be charged not upfront or advance. 6. Many polymers r as on date not manufactured in the country ,inspite of having excellent market n good returns particularly in road constructions, i.e; SBS for making modified Bitumen .just for example.similarly many more though we have mega Petrochemical plants in the country. 7. All IITs. CSIR institutes needs also to focus on developing process, n also needs to take it to the stage of scaled up studies not merely with bench scale research. Such products can be offered to such MSME aspirants. 6. They should be encourage n allowed to tests their products in the relevant industries n with pilot plant facilities. 8.Industries regular interaction with universities to appraise them of their products in MSME can be manufactured .so that it become an interface between MSME aspirants n financier banks. Sir, Following are. the suggestions for MSME. 1. Before selecting any product it's detail feasibility studies n SWOT analysis is necessary. 2. The product knowledge n it's experts to be appointed. 3.All state owned industrial development, investment n finance corporations have thousands of industries which were closed due to various reasons after availing all benefits , such reports could become a guideline for new MSME. All such corporations must work actively n come out of their Dohrmant state. 4.All process n mfg PSU s must encourage such MSME for mfg.n supplies to such PSUs in their states. 4.simply mentioning Corporate social responsibility has not yield any results perhaps, so they need to encourage n invest their knowledge for MSME. 5.All financing banks must recruit technical experts in the fields of such industries n must guide all such MSME enthusiastic persons n provide full project report as service without intially asking money, once it is accepted by both
