THE DRAFT MSME POLICY IN INDIA 2022
A GENUINE BANK DEFAULT AS DEFINED SHOULD NOT BE PUT TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE MSME ENTREPRENEUR / PROMOTERS PERSONALLY - BUT A WILFUL DEFAULT - YES - SHOULD BE RECOVERED FROM THE MSME PROMOTER - ENTREPRENEUR
THIS WILL BE A FAIR MSME POLICY FOR THE MSME ENTREPRENEURS IN INDIA / 2022

THE DRAFT NATIONAL POLICY FOR MSME 2022 IN INDIA
1 WITH CONTINUATION OF THE EARLIER GIVEN SUGGESTION -
THE GENUINE AND WILFUL BANK DEFAULTERS SHOULD BE SEPARATED BY A LAID DOWN CRITERIA FOR - LISTING A MSME BANK FAACILITY AS A - GENUINE DEFAULT / WILFUL DEFAULT
A CRITERIA FIRST SHOULD BE LAID DOWN FOR BOTH - GENUINE AND WILFUL BANK DEFAULTERS IN MSME BANK FACILITIES AVAILING ENTERPRISES
2 A GENUINE BANK DEFAULT DUE TO - ECONOMIC RECESSION / POLITICAL CHANGING ENVIRONMENT AND GOVT POLICIES FOR MSME / ANY WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC LIKE THE COVID 19 / RAW MATERIAL UNAVAILABILITY / ANY OTHER REASON FOR WHICH THE MSME ENTREPRENEUR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND IS OUT OF THE CONTROL OF THE ENTREPRENEUR / MSME - THE GENUINBE BANK DEFAULT SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED AS A NPA AND WRITTEN OFF THE BANKS BALANCE SHEETS BASED ON THE INDIVIDULAL MERITS OOF EACH SUCH CASE / AND / TAKEN AS A BUSINESS - BANKING LOSS BAD DEBTS WRITTEN OFF - CONCEPT OF BAD AND DOUBTFUL DEBTS
THIS IS JUST AN ILLUSTRATION

MSME development should be based on what we are good at manufacturing as of now. Policy makers should device methods to be world no1.For example Foundries machine building, auto parts. This particular sector has created lots of employment. We are world's second largest casting producers let's move to no1 with proper policy in place. The margins in this field is squeezed due to heavy raw material costs. Scarcity of ferrous & non ferrous alloys, minerals Silica sand etc. Many of the items are from China & industries have no choice. Who will source from other parts of the world that has to be govts job incoordination with industrial associations. Similarly for other types of industries unless ground work is done for proper Coordination you can't get results. If you leave it for auto market corrections industry will suffer.Proper plan has to be in place to source cheap rawm aterials from rest of the world. Promote futuristic manufacturing products & processes for carbon fiber, graphene etc
