The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

ड्रोन को केवल ड्रोन के रूप में नहीं माना जा सकता है, इसे ऑर्निथोप्टर के रूप में बनाने के रूप में उपयोग किया जा सकता है जिसका उपयोग अन्य अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमाओं से सभी राष्ट्रीय सीमाओं की सुरक्षा और निगरानी के लिए किया जा सकता है, ऑर्निथोप्टर का उपयोग खुफिया जानकारी का पता लगाने के लिए भी किया जा सकता है। किसी भी आपात स्थिति, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा, युद्ध, मिसाइल हमला, अपहरण और अन्य गोपनीय जानकारी जीपीएस की मदद से दूसरे देश में प्रवेश करने के प्रोटोकॉल में हस्तक्षेप किए बिना उपयोगी भी है।

Drone के प्राइवेट उपयोग से बहुत से नुकसान है। 1. राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा- सीमा के आसपास और भीतर कई दुश्मनों के साथ बहुत जोखिम भरा हो सकता है। 2. सार्वजनिक गोपनीयता: ड्रोन किसी भी ऊंचाई पर उड़ रहा है जो व्यक्तिगत गोपनीयता का उल्लंघन कर सकता है। 3. पर्यावरण पर प्रभाव: पक्षियों के लिए शोर गुल की वजह से नुकसानदायक है। 4. रोजगार पर प्रभाव : निश्चित रूप से वितरण नेटवर्क में रोजगार कम होगा।

Drone हर जगह पर Permission नही मिलना चाहिए। क्योंकि सबकी अपनी अपनी प्राइवेसी होती जिससे किसी दूसरे को नुकसान अथवा अच्छा न लगे जिससे उस समय की Goverment को परेशानी का सामना करना पर सकता है। * ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल 1-सीमा पर 2-मंदिरों के पास 3-ज्यादा भीड़ भाड़ वाली जगहों पर जहां आतंकवादी गतिविधियां लगी रहने की आशंका हो।

Drones ka istemal agar her kahin hi hone laga to iska asar poore India me bhi ho sakta hai. kyonki kuchh logon ne to **Dron** naam tak nahin suna hai. bharat me bhi sare log ek jaise nahin hian.sab alag alag han unke bichar bhi alag alag hain.

I can see public privacy and national security as the two deterrent. The following will increase 1. Crime against women 2. Robbery 3. Accidents (Fall of device on roads) Any practical ways to prevent these would help rather than just punishing for doing such offences. Because Prevention saves DIGNITY and LIVES of people.

ड्रोन को सभी जगह पर permission ना मिले तो ठीक क्योंकि सबकी अपनी अपनी प्राइवेसी होती जिससे किसी दूसरे को नुकसान अथवा अच्छा न लगे जिससे उस समय की goverment को deekat का सामना करना पर सकता है * ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल १-सीमा पर २-मंदिरों के पास ३-जादा भीड़ भाड़ वाली जगहों पर जहा आतंकवादी गतिविधियां लगी रहने की आशंका हो ३- ऐसी जगह जहा मंत्री या किसी बड़े पद पर स्थित। कोई ऑफिसर के ऑफिस के पास सभी hospital के समीप अथवा नेटवर्क कंपनी के पास थैंक यू

jay jagannath🙏 Mahanubhav Pradhanmantri ji.. manufacturing date and expiring date should be written on each 💊pill or tablet, because when the shopkeeper cut the pill, people are suffering a lot... The company should write atleast two must important date on each and evey pill cover.

हमारे देश के वायु सेना के पास ऐसे ड्रोन विमानों का जमाबड़ा जो आत्मघाती ड्रोन की निगरानी रख सकते हैं और मार गिरा सकते हैं। तीनो सेनाओं के पास इनकी संख्या और होनी चाहिए जितनी सोच से जायदा जो आज के समय में एक्सरे मशीन जैसे ड्रोन होने चाहिए जो ड्रोन के एक्सरे से पता कर मर गिरा दे। ऐसे ड्रोन विमानों और जासूसी ड्रोन बनाने की जरूरत है
