The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

I suggest use only to government agencies, based on following. I give my views against each 1. Security of nation- very risky with many enemies around the border and within. 2. Public privacy : risky. Any such gadget flying at any height can violate individual privacy. Any fall down again risky 3. Effect on environment : risky to birds and gradually to normal sky view, noise etc 4. Effect on employment : will surely reduce employment in distribution network

drone notification service is needed. mobile app that reveals us the identity classification of whose drone it is. for example my mobile app should show the drones id classification like civilian, amazon, reliance store, police, classified/military, drone taxi ,ect. no need to reveal individual identity of civilian or public drone like name and adhar numbet. connecting adhar number and drone should be risk free from cyber attacks where info is stolen used for identity theft.better if no adhar.

Drones can't be think of only as drones it can be utilized as making it in the form of ornithopters which can be used for security and surveillance of all national borders from other international borders, ornithopters can also be used for tracing out intelligence information regarding any emergencies ,National security threat, war, missile attack ,hijacks and other confidential information reception with the help of GPS without intervening the protocols of entering into another country.

Initially we should allow use of DRONE by Government Departments for various reasons to facilitate the last citizen seating at the border village of India. Once people are familiar with the use of DRONE for various purposes then we can take a call on allowing it for some private agencies like delivery of medicines, books and all. Later we can allow use of DRONE by E-Commerce companies provided they take full responsibility of use and the purpose of it.

In my view DRONE should be used for certain purposes and by abiding rules strictly. It can be used for Medical emergencies, Disaster situation. It should be used security reasons by defence forces, police dept and for educational purpose. It shouldn't be used for delivery of any goods by any manufacturer or delivery agency as it might be misused for some illegal and unethical uses. Also it should be restricted in Defence Zone, Airport Area and all.

Drone should be sold by certain authorised people with and buyer should have a License and user must give a prior information to local administration for the uses of the same either for wedding /rally/sports etc.

Aadarniye PM mahoday ,aaj ke aadhunik yug me drone charo taraf aasani se uplabdh hai ,iska sadupayog bhi ho raha hai .lekin iske durupyog se bhi inkar nahi kiya ja sakta hai .is liye drone ke upyog se sambandhit niyam banane ki awasyakta hai .jisse iske durupyog ko roka ja sake .hal me jaammu kashmir me pakistan dwara jo harakat ki ja rahi hai wo bhi chinta ka vishay hai .iske liye alag se niyam ki awasayakta hai
