The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

महोदय वर्तमान संदर्भ में सुरक्षा मद्देनजर ड्रोन इस्तेमाल उपयोग बिक्री और उत्पाद पर विशेष निगरानी की आवश्यकता है समय समय पर आंतकी गतिविधियों में ड्रोन इस्तेमाल बढ़ रहा है यद्यपि सुरक्षा चक्र मजबूत होने की वजह आकस्मिक घटना रोकने में सफलता मिली है तथापि जरा सी चूक बहुत ज्यादा जानमाल और राष्ट्रीय क्षति कर सकती है अत: उक्त संदर्भ व्यापक निरीक्षण व्यवस्था की जरूरत महसूस होती है ड्रोन का निजी उपयोग पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित होना चाहिए और सख्त दण्डात्मक कानूनी प्रावधान भी सरकार अमल में लाने की कृपा करें!

All the high confidential areas and the places which carry utmost priority should be safeguarded using a primary surveillance radar (PSR) for detecting the unknown flying objects in that areas. And together with this an anti drone system should also be used so that we can track the drone as well as bring it down in the air itself before it do any future damage . And with these advanced systems we should also impose a ban on using drones personally as well as commercially in that particular area.

My Humble submission on using of Drones in our country is a good idea on the basis of trust,self-certification,but using of Drones is fully depended on Information Technology who knows that knowledge they may prepare,manufacture,trading or lease Etc., it must be lawfully in the safe guard of our country not to misuse by enemies or anti social elements.etc. So,in my opinion Regulatory Committee may be established for using & Manufacturing Drones in our country,otherwise it may mislead.

सेवा में आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी किसी भी सरकारी विभाग में किसी भी कार्य का अधिकतम समय सीमा निर्धारित हो , प्रार्थना पत्र या आवेदन देने की तिथि से निर्धारित अधिकतम समय तक कार्य ना होने की स्थिति में संभागीय अधिकारी और लिपिक के साथ कठोर कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए और वेतन में भी अधिकतम कटौती होनी चाहिए इनमे बहाने बाजी का कोई स्थान ना हो। और एक शिकायती पोर्टल भी बनाया जा सकता है

Respected Authorities, In my opinion we should ban use of drones within the area of 3-5 km of our defence agency headquarters. We should also equip our forces with drones so that they can also keep an eye on suspicious activities. Another thing is that proper Licensing must be done by authorities and data must be uploaded on digital platforms . Special care must be taken in the area of conflicts and security alert should be made before convoy of security agencies pass though a place.

सबसे पहले जितने भी ड्रोन धारक हैं उनके लिए एक पोर्टल लांच कर उन सभी को अपने ड्रोन का रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के लिए कहां जाए साथ ही वह ड्रोन से किस काम के लिए ड्रोन को रखे हैं उसका विवरण दें फिर देश को कई प्रकार के जोन में बांट लिया जाए और जो भी खतरे वाले जॉन है वहां ड्रोन हैंगर बनाया जाए जहां जितने भी ड्रोन से काम लेने वाले व्यक्ति हैं उनका ड्रोन जमा रहे और भी अपना लाइसेंस देकर ड्रोन को काम में ले और फिर जमा करें तभी जाकर यह सलूशन हो पाएगा

Being an aviation professional myself for over 14 years my suggestion is drones are a beautiful medium to capture the beauty of my country, civil drones run on software and are GPS enabled , GPS can be easily restricted to not to be used in sensitive areas as decided by MOD …you don’t cut the tree if there is a bad leaf , you cut the leaf and nurture the tree but it seams we are in a habit of cutting the tree

Rules should be based on the geographical location for usage, same rules will show negative impact as now a days the usage of drones is increasing and will be a bigger market for manufacturing industry
