The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

1)Drones ka istemal sirf meletry ke liye jyada sahi hai. 2) agar hr koi iska istemal karne laga to haadse jyada se jyada ho sakte hain. 3)Mana agar Drones ka pryog karna India me allowed ho gaya to kai log to iska achhe se upyog karenge lekin jyadatar log iska bura upyog karenge. 4)Ak Drone pata nahin kitne gharon/Manusyon ko mar sakta hai. 5)Vaise hee is corona ne hamari life nak me dam kar rakhi hai.

This is not solution, banned all drone but we put some unique colour , camera quality, range or some other technology in armed forces dron by which technology we know our armed drone fly which area if another drone come put under observation we put a chip in our drone which show this my my it help in border if any enemy change colour of drone and send we already know and destroy it By these way no any problem face by government as well as public @saurabh_yadaav

Dear prime minister, This draft lacks something which is actually important to look after.The problem of general public already using a drone for personal use.If you don’t want people to use them because of the threat then I suppose,terrorist will find new ways to attack us.Banning these drones or strict measures is not enough.We need to strengthen our borders and sensitive areas.Terrorist are unpredictable but it is because we give them these chances.

Good decision. Drone must be used for only military use. Only military person use drone. So restrictions should be applied on public for drone use. Please implement drone rule as soon as possible. It will safe the country.

For all sorts of unmanned aircrafts, a license should be issued to the drone controlling man with space for self registeration of drones. And, all unmanned aircrafts must have a unique identification number clearly printed on it with the manufacturing company's name. And that unique identification number along with manufacturers details should be entered in that license which would be issued once to the person. So if the aircraft is caught flying in authorised area, the owner can be identified.

Being from border belt of Jammu Province, we've seen increase in drone activities from Pakistan and some Anti national elements inside. Hence in the sensitive regions like ours, drone sales for civilians should be banned completely

सेवा में आदरणीय श्री प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी! देश में अफसर शाही चरम सीमा पर है वो चाहे कोई भी विभाग हो काम नहीं किया जाता है दौड़ते दौड़ते पैर की चप्पल घिस जाती हैं अधिकारी गड़ काम नहीं करते। लोकतंत्र में कहा जाता है कि मुलाजिम जनता जनार्दन की सेवक है लेकिन ऐसा देखने में नहीं आता हमने स्वयं इसका अनुभव किया है हमने २वर्ष होने को हैं बराबर पी एफ आफिस के चक्कर लगा रहे हैं ईमेल कर रहे हैं प्रार्थना पत्र दिया लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही पी एफ न जमा करने वाली कंपनी पर नहीं किया गया ऐसा बहुतों के साथहोरहा
