The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

डॉन एक नई टेक्नोलॉजी है जिस पर हम प्रतिबंध तो नहीं लगा सकते किंतु हम सभी दोनों में एक यूनीक आईडी के साथ लिस्ट कर सकते हैं और एयर फोर्स मिलट्री बेसेस या ऐसे सरकारी उपकरण जहां पर पब्लिक मौजूदगी अनिवार्य नहीं होती वहां पर हमें उनका सुरक्षित रखते हुए प्रयोग की अनुमति दे देनी चाहिए यूनिक आईडी हमेशा होनी चाहिए जिससे किसी भी ड्रोन को हवा में ही निगरानी में रखा जा सके कि यह डॉन कौन और कहां से ऑपरेट कर रहा है स्पेशल सिग्नल सेटेलाइट के जरिए

Suggestions: As a drone gonna fly in an open space,like any other vehicle. It should become mandatory to get a license to fly a drone based on purpose of usage of drone. Drone are getting high tech and heavy too, which can leads to lots of misconducts and crimes. And the owner and operator should be liable for any damage done to third party by it. For bigger drones it should get a mandatory to get a insurance done.

If anyone purchase drone in any area they must have license to use and they must confirmed local authorities so that government could have all details of drone and users

ड्रोन केमेरा की मदद से कई शहरों और राजधानी के अति संवेदनशील इलाकों और जल एवम हवाई मार्गो पे इससे देश की सीमा पर नजर रखी जाए तो बहुत ही फायदा देश को और बड़े शहरों को होगा और कोई भी अनिच्छनिय घटना बने तो तुरंत इससे मदद मिलेगी।

drone ka istemal jaruri hai par drone kaun kharid raha hai kis kam ke liye kharid raha uski coding and control ka options rakho taki pata chal sake kaun se drone se kya ho raha hai aajkal drone ka upyog Galat kamo me use ho raha hai drugs mafiya , arms mafiya and terresim me use kar rahe hai so government of India make policy to anuthorised use of drone

The drone technology in India has immense significance and potential. The security concerns should be dealt with judiciously and not just be allowed to restrict us from adopting the technology. However, security concerns must not be compromised. In years to come, drone technology is expected to be the most cost effective choice and the most utilised system in the civilian as well as militarian domain.

द्रोण कॅमेरा ही काळाची गरज आहे, सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने पाहिले तर द्रोण खूप महत्त्वाची भूमिका बजावेल. अद्यावत टेक्नॉंलॉजी आली आहे तिचा स्वीकार करावा आणि त्याचा वापर आपले दैनंदिन जीवन जास्तीत जास्त सुरक्षित कसे होईल ह्या कडे बघावे

Drone is already being used and misused we have already seen. There is no use of governing this. Allowing Drone other than security is dangerous. However 1. For general public for function places videography not more than 10 feet may be allowed 2. Any project site 3. Defence and crime tracking if identified 4. Special security needs at Border areas as Drone gaurd where physical placement of forces not possible Since law enforcement in India is very weak, we should not expect good results

ड्रोन का उपयोग आवश्यक रहेगा जिससे सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में सुधार होगा और मजबूती आएगी। ड्रोन का उपयोग हर क्षेत्र में देखभाल करने के लिए आवश्यक है।
