The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Just like licenced Electric meters for measuring consumption of electricity, licensing authorities can fix a specific chipset for a particular Drones to monitor the activities.

The import duty , the licensing fee can be increased unimaginable for adventure activities , so that use age can be controlled

1. Develop indegenius system to automatic destroy. 2. No commercial use of drone above 500 meters and arround 1 km. 3. Policy for no drone to be manufacture and use with out identification no same as computer ip no for tracking. 4. Automatic tracing of drone as per point 2 by sattilite mirroring.and destroying. 5. Drone higher capacity except for Indian military use for security purpose should be permitted as per point no. 2. 6.

All respected Schollers when drone attack Iran oil filed and iran shoot them down. Why our intectuak failed to visulize the threat. Beaing neoubhoring country is very very friendly with us. A dissastrous failure of Indian intectuals.
