Respected sir,
The Indian army keeps vigilance of border in Leh, Laddakh and Kargil etc in extreme cold temperature minus 30 Degree . The same by army of neighbours. This amounts to inhuman conditions for both army. It is expensive and damaging economy. we have high-tech satellite base technology to monitor in a control room by the army officers of both on mutual understanding. Robot can be deployed.manual vigil be less frequency.MOU can b between both. follow up by both b mandatory.

MENTORING BRIGHT STUDENTS - We need to create a pool of mentors from academicians, politicians, bureaucrats, businessmen, and other professionals to help and mentor our bright students. They should have an online portal to ask questions and seek help for their innovative ideas and projects. This way we can help them create new opportunities right at an early stage.
