RURAL EMPLOYMENT - Rural poverty in some areas is associated with sharp swings in employment due to the vagaries of the monsoon. To enable projects to encourage Casual wage labour or food-for-work schemes which are ideal for such conditions. This also ensures migration to cities in check.

Population growth control in India is an important topic and early awareness will immensely benefit humanity. Previous ruling 'hum do hamare do' had very little impact. Biggest concern is social security in old age. People tend to depend on children. Can we bring in some innovative scheme like offering govt schemes based on # of living children. Family/couples with no kids (including LGBTQ) gets highest benefit like class 1 officer Likewise class 1 to class n categories can be formulated.
