Dear honorable PM and RM, It is possible to separate two auditory objects based on different encoding schemes using different encoders. The approach creates two streams that are separated using limits theorem for high and low threshold values in a stream. Here is a possible solution using c++

We need to improve our sea surveillance to avoid environmental pollution, environmental damages to our shoreline and also to avoid losses. In the recent past two container cargo ships incidents happened near to our country's shoreline. We need to find out the route cause of capsized vessel near Vizinjam port. Investigation team to be formed to find out the underlying causes. Singaporean vessel fire incident also need to be investigated. Capsized vessels becomes a threat to other vessels as it obstructs navigational movements by limiting the draft of a vessel. To incidents something is fishy?

Adarniye pradhan mantri ji, Mein ek ssc aspirant hu im studying for various competitive exams such as railways and banks etc in all these exams students which are from reservation kota means sc st OBC vale bachhe kam marks lakr bhi selection paa lete h bachte h toh ham general caste vale or cut off itni high yeh toh hm jaise general caste vale aspirants k sath anyaay h mein apse request krti hu plz ispr bhi charcha karein .... Selection caste dekh kar nahi unki education or skills dekh kr hona chaiye jo sach mein kabil ho isse country k development growth sb mein achhi progress hogi .... Was sad and surprised to know that students seeking higher studies especially from J& K choosed an extremist country like Iran . Now with the state being well connected and thereby developed post revocation of Article 370 suggest to open good universities and medical colleges so that the students do not go to countries which are unsafe

ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ನಮಸ್ತೆ ಮನ್ ಕಿ ಬಾತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸುಮಾರು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಐದು ಬಾರಿ ನನ್ನ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮನವಿ.ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಯುವರ್ ಸಂಬಳದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಅಂದರೆ ಜುನೈದ್ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಅವರು ಸಂಬಳ 1000ಹೆಚಾಗಿದೆ ಈಗ ಅವರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಬಳ 4700 ಆಗಿದೆ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ತಮಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು ಲೀಲಾವತಿ ಎಸ್ ಎಂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ವರಾದಪುರ ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ 562114

Adarniya Pradhanmantri ji , Mein apase apna ehsas sajha karana jahta hoon , hum azadi ke 78 saal ho gaye lekin abhi bhi jab mein apne desh mai , logo ko bheekh magte dekhta hoon toh mujhe hriday se dukh hota hai , jaise apne jan andolan ke madhayam se swachhta abhiyan chalaya tha kya hum , bheekh magne walo ke liye kuchh kar sake sarakar ke sahyog aur jan aandolan ke madhaym se , muje lagta hai tabhi hum sahi mane mai azadi ka jasan mana rahe honnge ..
