Sections 22 and 23 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 need to be amended to suit the current times. The maximum punishment for those who violate the rules by exploiting the labor of workers is a fine of Rs. 1000 or three months imprisonment. Is a thousand rupees a huge amount for those who earn lakhs and crores? This fine of Rs. 1000 or three months imprisonment should be imposed as a fine of Rs. 1000000 + 5 years imprisonment. The names of the companies that are subject to punishment should be openly published in the news and other government media. Both Principal Employers and Contract Employers should be advised to follow the labor laws consistently. The government should protect workers' rights by amending Sections 22 and 23 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.

पुराने बंद पडे sim no. को tele कंपनी नया sim no. बनाकर ना बेचे, wrong no. के झंझट खतम हो जाएगे.

I believe Bharat can’t become Viksit until Vanvasi Bharat rises. I’ve designed a full blueprint focused on how tribal communities can drive innovation, resource ownership, cultural entrepreneurship, and become regional leaders — not just recipients of welfare. I’ve previously submitted policy models like Mission Sanjeevani, ASTRA, and Smart Village Corridor. I’ve also built sensitive frameworks like R.A.A.K.S.H.A.S. (anti-hostile ops) and BDRI (media counterforce) — all independently, without any post. My tribal model aims to unlock Bharat’s deepest potential — from forest to frontier. (Where tribals lead, Bharat becomes truly self-reliant.) 🔗 https://arpitvisionforbharat.netlify.app 👤 Arpit Sabharwaal | 📞 +91 94121 86158

I have already submitted several disruptive policy ideas including Mission Sanjeevani (Healthcare Reform), Smart Village Utility Corridor (Rural Infrastructure), Tribal Innovation Empowerment Model, and many others — all independently designed, solution-ready, and rooted in Bharat's long-term national interest. Today, I submit what I believe is Bharat’s final blueprint to rebuild its youth force — ASTRA: Authority for Skill Transformation, Reforms & Apprenticeship. This is not just a suggestion — it is a complete system reset: New-age skill-first schools Apprenticeship-driven graduation model A national internship grid (RISTRA) A global student export authority (VNM) Bold, executable, and Bharat-centric. Kindly explore this complete draft — because if implemented, Bharat will not just skill its youth… it will lead the world through them. 🔗 https://arpitvisionforbharat.netlify.app/ Prepared & Submitted by Arpit Sabharwaal +91 94121 86158

Respected Sir, Despite Gujarat being one of India’s most developed states, the functioning of Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) is deeply disappointing. As a sincere Class 1 aspirant, I’m disheartened by 8+ months delay in Mains results, frequent answer key errors, and evaluation issues. At age 30, I remain unemployed despite my hard work. Please take urgent action to reform GPSC—ensure time-bound exams, transparent evaluation, and accountability—just like “Operation Sindoor”. We need justice and timely opportunities.
