there are so many talented people trying for a job whose age is above 38. so it's a request to remove the age limit for job recruitment exams. one more thing is there are so many girls unmarried in the country with 38+ age for them there is no criteria and they badly need job to stand in society. but there is criteria for divorced girl then handicapped then natural calamities or farmer suicides cases etc etc .. but what about these people who have talent they score in exams but just because they don't have any sad story they are being listed in waiting list or rejected list.
