आदरणीय श्री मान मोदी जी प्रणाम सर में पटना विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रामीण प्रबंधन से मास्टर ( MA ) विषय से पढ़ाई पूरी की हूं । मैं PhD करना चाहतीं हूं। लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश वश UGC Net में ग्रामीण प्रबंधन का विषय नहीं है क्या करूं कैसे करूं । मुझे शिक्षा मंत्री और UGC chairman बतायेंगे ‌ पिछले साल मजबूरी बस UGC Net की परीक्षा मुझे ‌अर्थशास्त्र से देना पड़ा जिससे मैं सफल नहीं हो पायी । होती भी कैसे मैं ग्रामीण प्रबंधन की पढ़ाई न कि अर्थशास्त्र। क्या करूं रिसर्च आप हीं बतायेंगे श्री मान। यदि आप रिसर्च नहीं करवा सकते हैं तो MA की पढ़ाई क्यों हो रही है पटना विश्वविद्यालय में। कुछ उपाय किया जाता तो अच्छा होता सर । रिसर्च करने के लिए ग्रामीण प्रबंधन विषय से भी UGC Net की परीक्षा ली जाये आने वाले समय में । जिससे हम ग्रामीण महिलाओं को भी सम्मान के साथ रिसर्च करने का मौका मिले । प्रतिलिपि शिक्षा मंत्री भारत सरकार/ शिक्षा सचिव भारत सरकार / UGC Net chairman/ NTA chairman शिल्पा बर्मा W/o Chinmay Anand Purnia 7631989107 Sir please 🙏,,, मेरी बहुत इच्छा है ग्रामीण प्रबंधन रिसर्च का

The goverment should protect workers' rights by amending Sections 22 and 23 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 & Payment of Gratuity Act.Principal Employer & Contact Employer are engaged in activities against the welfare of contract workers across the country.Gratuity benefits are available after 5 years of service. Contract workers are mostly from the areas where the company is located. The Principle Employer doesn't  provide even one-year work contracts to the Contract Employer. They provide work to another contract company within the next year. It is as if the contract workers go there and join a new one. Due to this, they do not get Gratuity etc. that come with working in a company for a long time.The contract for providing employee services between Principal Employers & Contract Employers should be fixed for a minimum period of 5 years.Only then will the contract employees get Gratuity from the contractors.There will be no need to change the EPFO ​​account
