Honorable P.M Sir I am Sumit Kumar, an International Para Powerlifter (70% disability) and Teacher ( TGT-ENGLISH) at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, Punjab Lines, Meerut Cantt, U.P. My sports journey began in 2011 as a Para Cricketer and later shifted to Para Powerlifting, where I won several national medals including Gold at the Khelo India Para Games 2023 & 2025. Balancing my role as a teacher and athlete, I have inspired students to believe in discipline, fitness, and dedication. Despite limited resources, I continue to train under international coach Josh Bryant (USA) with the dream of winning a medal for India at Paralympics 2028. Through my journey, I wish to inspire youth and request more awareness on doping prevention, nutrition, and grassroots support in schools. It is highly appreciated the decision of Govt for full exemption of individual health and life-insurance premiums, a move of many lifesaving drugs to 0% (nil) and a reduction of GST on several medicines and medical devices (many moved from 12%/18% down to 5% or to nil for key drugs). Diagnostic kits, bandages, glucometers and many hospital consumables have seen lower rates, easing costs for routine care and chronic-disease management. These changes shall help people like me who are struggling due to chronic illness to close family member and high expenses. It is requested that similar reduction may please be made to other essential medicines for critical illness

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, प्रणाम, मैं,डॉ विजय कुमार चावला मन की बात कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से पारंपरिक(स्वदेशी) खिलौनों के महत्त्व को प्रतिपादित करना चाहता हूँ।भारत के विभिन्न प्रान्तों में स्वदेशी खिलौनों की उत्पादकता होती है।जैसे- गुजरात के पारंपरिक (स्वदेशी) खिलौनों में मिट्टी से बने खिलौने, जैसे पशु और घरेलू वस्तुएँ, तथा कपड़े पर आधारित खिलौने शामिल हैं।ये मिट्टी से बनाए जाने वाले पर्यावरण-अनुकूल खिलौने हैं।।पारंपरिक खिलौने बच्चों की साइकोमोटर स्किल्स, तार्किक सोच और रचनात्मकता को बढ़ाते हैं। ये खिलौने भारतीय संस्कृति, ग्रामीण जीवन और क्षेत्र के समृद्ध इतिहास को भी दर्शाते हैं।मेरा मानना है कि हम स्वदेशी की बात तो करते हैं परंतु विद्यालयों में व आंगनवाड़ी केन्द्रों में विदेशी खिलौनों का प्रयोग करते हैं।आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना है कि भारत में स्वदेशी खिलौनों की उत्पादकता बढ़ाई जाए और केंद्र व राज्य सरकारों को स्वदेशी खिलौनों का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए।ऐसा करने से रोजगार के अवसर तो बढेंगे ही साथ ही बच्चों की साइकोमोटर स्किल्स, तार्किक सोच और रचनात्मकता को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

Sector skill councils should be ensured to function effectively. Informal learning is increasing in the country's priority sectors. The professional advancement of new people entering the relevant sectors should not be questioned. Sector skill councils should be ensured to function 100 percent. The need for sector skill councils is essential for the new schemes of UGC (AEDP, RPL). Sector skill councils related to all sectors across the country should be restructured with special funding. It is not known whether the sector skill councils even know the direction of the factories. The sector skill councils that are running carelessly are of no benefit to the workers. The central and state governments should jointly reform the sector skill councils so that they provide MSME, NCVT, diploma & degree in recognized languages.

The Middle class family nowadays is not able to provide Professional Courses Fees of their children's College. This would be a big problem solving for most citizens of India .
