There is an alarming issue that can ruin a career of an employee with CAs.. During processing payments on income tax portal there is no option to reverse the payment by any way if a it has been posted onto a wrong PAN.Due to this multiple times wrong payments are made to a PAN by CA articles & for that they are forced to compensate it out of their penny like salaries..Please provide an option by which payments can be reversed by following a simple and secured procedure. This might seem to be a very small issue for a PM but for articles. this can ruin their careers.. I would like to draw your attention to a great scam type situation.In Haryana JBT Course ( means training course for junior basic teacher) ended in 2021/22 . But the teachers who offered training to these students are still there in DIETS (Districts Institute for Teachers Education) working nothing whereas teachers posts are lying vacant in schools. In other words teachers in DIETS are in surplus whereas schools suffer from lack of teachers. So I request you to direct the appropriate authority to adjust these teachers in schools so that schools get teachers and improve learning level . Crimes against migrant workers are increasing. The denial of basic rights and attacks are increasing. The concerned state governments are refusing to provide due compensation to migrant workers who have died while engaged in hazardous work. All states should be mandated to maintain records of migrant workers engaged in formal and unorganized work. The situation of lack of guarantee of basic rights and life in states where the language is not known must end. The labour welfare department of the state governments is sleeping like Kumbhakarnana. The central government should wake it up. Otherwise, it will be like supporting the actions against migrant workers. Migrant workers must be ensured a safe workplace. A new policy must be formulated to ensure basic health and safety in the workplaces of migrant workers.

प्रधानमंत्रीजी, सरकार चाहे तो हर क्षेत्र में सुधार होगा, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधा सरकारी जिम्मेदारी है, बच्चों की प्राथमिक शिक्षा सरकारी स्कूल मे और सभी का हर अस्पताल मे मुफ्त इलाज हो। आम जनता, सरपंच से लेकर सांसद, मंत्री और चपरासी से जिलाधिकारी सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल मे शिक्षा ग्रहण करे। जो प्राइवेट स्कूल से शिक्षा दे या ले उन्हें सरकारी नौकरी, सरकारी पद इत्यादि सुविधाएं ना मिले ऐसा कानून सरकार लाए। आम जनता, सरकारी अधिकारी और राजनीतिक लोगों के बच्चे एक साथ शिक्षा ग्रहण करे, न जाने कब कलेक्टर, नेता बच्चे को लेने या छोड़ने आजाए? डर बना रहेगा, मुश्किल नही मुमकिन है।
