Dear Prime minster, Making a city smart or transforming the whole country smart will not lead the poor people to have food before they go to sleep. Kindly do things that are really helpful for the poor people. a SMART CITY WILL DEFINITELY LEAD TO INTOLERANCE OF people towards poor.
