Dear sir, Preparing for exams can be easy if one follows a particular routine which comprises of not only study but also some hours for refreshment. Also one needs to leave a day empty so that everything which could not be completed according to the routine, can be completed there. Also one needs to keep aside the anxiety of a national level exam and stay calm and if possible be happy. This inevitably decreases pressure and helps in giving the exam better. This is what my experience says.

The retention and attention span of students increases with yoga, meditation and pranayamas. The stress around catches on. This can be easily avoided by keeping to oneself rather than discussing too much with peers. Sleeping right, eating the right kind of food and keeping the right kind of company can enhance your performance during board exams.
