Reservation system should be removed, instead financial support should be provided to those who actually need it.This should be from the school fees till they graduate. There is no point of a rich child using Sc/ST quota to get into IIT's and IIM's. The syllabus after from 9th-12th should be practical based & it should be most effectively matching with the competitive exams.Govt. counselling centres should be open to guide students from rural areas so that they are aware of their career options

sir, as apart of good governance one expected better response from the bureaucracy and elected reps. sad to say most of these public servants a5re in accessible on telephone and even on line . the emails given in govt websites are wrong and they do not have a open forum where citizens can share their concerns or views on betterment. it may warrant a govt order to update their inputs in the websites and have a open forum which provides unfiltered inputs to the administrator.

Before I am going to say anything i would like to say all of our countrymen and my brothers sisters "Namaste". I just want to share that we always talk about unity,we always talk about togetherness but it's really hurts when anyone asked a question it may be on social networking or anywhere or during any conversation that "who are you"?At this time most of our brothers and sister says we are bengali/punjabi/marathi/marwadi.But why we don't say that we are Indian. No language creates any boundary.

The exam time is most dreaded yet interesting time of the year. Inspite of all the study pressure, incomplete syllabus, new found doubts you always get time to refresh yourself with small breaks which includes eating maggi at 3 am!! Exam pressure actually enhances your bonding with friends. This makes it most memorable time!!

As someone who had to relocate from Chennai to Pune in my 12th standard, Hindi was a different world altogether. I stood first in all subjects, but learning Hindi was a nightmare. However, encouraged by my teacher and educated by my Hindi tutor, I decided to take it on and face my challenge. I helped my friends with other subjects, while they helped me with Hindi. Today, if I am able to speak five different languages, it is because I overcame my fear, took up my challenge, and never gave up.

High time to link increments and promotions to objective performance appraisals of all the employees serving GoI. Please create a wing in MoHR to ensure this. Use the best HR practices and make Google run for its employees. Today GoI job is seen as a money spinner as it gives immense scope for corruption. Remove this through revamping the Civil Services and their Selection Process. Adopt Lateral Induction of talent from the Industry and open Market so that Civil Service would have best.
