why cant v these stadiums can be given on rent to schools so that can hold their sports events, to RWAs to hold a sporty event for their society members, revenue can also be collected by holding events like celebrity matches, sports for specially abled, competitions for railway employes, kite competitions etc

Can this be converted into a " sports and game University", with an aim to train some 10000 children. We should aim to get at least 10% of Gold medals in Olympics. If this could be achieved and it would be a better return than anything.

Convert them to huge international exhibition centers. At least it should be occupied for 200 days in a year.
