Sir the prob is India we do sports only to get a merit seat in Medical and engineering college but we don't take it as a profession as ppl from other countries do.Apart from cricket there is no income in any sport where an individual can make a strong living. we need to raise them as professional in their individual sport where they can perform and earn.as there are salaries for cricketers why not for swimming, Table tennis or others.They earn only by the cash prizes they win and not otherwise.

at least their should be one district level school like navodaya where along with education their should be international standards training and facilities to be given to students with boarding who are selected at district or state level competition. system is run by PPP with 51%-govt & 49% public body mainly person with sports with 50% women reservation only & no caste reservation

Private schools should be bound to use these facilities for training the school students through monthly fees scheme. Government school students should also be allowed to use such facilities free of cost. Some people might disagree with me over private school paying fees. I will suggest that parents who are capable of spending huge money on school fees can pay sports fees, and schools should not be liable to take sports fees as the fee should be deposited to the agency which is mataining that f

First of all sports education should be promoted in every school everyday. There should be inter school championships. Then every district should have a all sports stadium where the best can come and compete. Leading to selection of india's best for representation internationally.

India must start hosting FINA World Championships (Swimming), IAAF World Championships (Athletics), Olympics, and sports other than cricket.
