First govt should issue govt organization, colleges, schools a strict order that each organization must have all types of sports team at any cost.They must Seperate into category wise and from the each organization charge a very little according to usage also. For all schools charge very less.Then conduct matches through sports authority and give prizes and same time allowed the winner's to use the grounds for free of cost for next one year. Same time scheduled training session also introduced.

The only sport wchich gets attention from any qurters in India is cricket.Other Olympic sports must be focussed right from grass root level.Schools should not be allowed to open without a playground.Physical education must be made compulsory not only in schools but also in corporate life.A fit India will be a developed India.Finally comes the question of Stadiums of Olympic standards which has to mandatorily used for national level sports.Since question is of Delhi,revenue can be generated .

stadium wont help, Develop Skilled players. Stadium comes at last.

if it would have been a cricket stadium then the revenue would have automatically been generated.its truth but its pitty that in india the only sport is cricket which is given preference by almost every single person.more and more domestic tournaments and leagues should be oraganised for other sports also as done for cricket.attract more and more spectators towards these tournament for example by allowing students to watch them without any cost.it may not be a great idea but i think it will help
